TERMS OF USE

The terms and conditions for use of the wilbur + mars website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law.

ONLINE SHOPPING

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the Delivery Information and Returns Policy

ORDERS

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order details.

When your order is placed, the funds for your order will be ‘pending’ ready for us to ‘collect’ when we despatch your order.
Pending funds means the amount of authorised money is set aside, away from your available balance and the amount is not debited completely until the day of despatch. Goods will not be despatched until payment collection has been successful.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

(i) the product is available
(ii) the order reflects current pricing
(iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company and
(iiii) your order passes our verification checks

All orders can be placed via our customer experience team who can be contacted at info@wilbur+mars.com during the following times:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5pm

Unfortunately we are unable to accept PayPal payments or Interest Free Credit applications over Email, these have to be processed via ‘Checkout’.

EXPECTED ARRIVALS OF DELIVERIES

All orders received online at wilbur + mars are processed and, depending on stock availability, are despatched as promptly as possible and normally delivered in 1-3 working days. Please see the delivery information on the product pages for more specific information. If the items you have ordered qualify for Express Delivery, they will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Where any products have a longer delivery time of 48 hours, our customer experience team will contact you by email to confirm the approximate date of despatch.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged. Please note, orders paid using Interest Free Credit must be delivered to the same address as the billing address used to pay the deposit.

LOST PACKAGES

Even though packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from wilbur + mars.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

We will contact your payment card company for authorisation when you place your order. Your payment card will then be debited when we pick your order for despatch. We accept the following cards for payment: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card account.

PRICES AND CHARGES

We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at despatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:

Actual price lower than price shown at time of ordering – at our discretion we will charge you the lower amount and despatch the product.
Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering – we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

2. This offer is available online only.
3. This offer applies to selected items only, while stocks last and are subject to availability.
4. No cash alternative can be offered.
5. Sale items may not be sent in their original packaging – this is reflected in the sale price.
6. wilbur + mars reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. Only one discount can be used per single transaction.
9. Delivery is subject to stock/size availability and usually within 1-5 working days.

SALES ITEMS

All sale items displayed have been on sale at a higher price for at least 28 consecutive days within the last 6 months.

Sale items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Availability

All products and/or services displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to despatch your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.

WEBSITE ERRORS

We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability.

We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
